For Access to Hospital Services Information

RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH) is in the process of transitioning all of our hospitals and medical practices to a centralized patient portal calledRWJBH MyChart where all our hospitals' and medical practices’ records will eventually be contained within one clinical information system, called Epic.

During this transition, you may have access to certain records in RWJBH MyChart, such as labs, imaging and pathology reports, results of COVID-19 tests performed at RWJBH facilities, and the ability to schedule appointments with an RWJBH primary care provider who is on the Epic system. Other records may still be available only in the current patient portal as our practices and hospitals transition to the new system and consolidate records.More patient portal transition details.

For those who have received COVID-19 vaccines at the Bridgewater Mega Site and Somerset vaccination clinics, you may have already received early access to RWJBH MyChart.

Please be assured that you will always have access to your medical records and thank you for your patience during this transitional period.
