Hey @hulu_support my service is down AGAIN while I’m trying to watch a game. A day after you jacked up my rate to $55/mth. The app interface sucks and now the service is unreliable. I guess it’s back to @GetSpectrum for me. #hulusucks

@Ask_Spectrum See that is not my fault. You have been literally sending me multiple mailers per week. Begging me to buy more stuff. Then, when I decide to do it, your systems are down. I work in IT. When an outage like this occurs, time to resolution is measured in minutes not days.

Husband's credit card # was stolen, so @GetSpectrum payment didn't go through. @Ask_Spectrum 's response was to charge us a $25 payment return fee and then give us $10 "courtesy" credit back when I called about it. Spectacular customer service, as always.

I had @GetSpectrum internet for many years --10? 15? IDK. I cancelled & switched to @TMobile for a $20/mo savings for 5G. Although my billing date is the 7th of the month and I cancelled 17 days prior, they say it was too late to cancel my bill for a month of service @ $69.99 1/2

Whatever you do never ask @GetSpectrum for help over Twitter. All they can do is set an appointment for a tech to come out and change out the coax cable and splitter total waste of time when spectrum knows they have an ACTUAL problem in my area and refuse to fix it.

@tickerguy @cantpretendtoo @Ask_Spectrum My pos cc machines are wired .. I have a wireless adapter for it but reconifguring that thing is a little clunky. If I had a quick solution for the CC machine I could really quickly get it up and running again. You can do it really quick if you had hotspot set up on your phone

@Ask_Spectrum My service has been intermittent for over a week now. While I realize that I'm stuck with ridiculously slow upload speeds and paying exorbitant rates at Spectrum, several lapses in service every day is wearing on my last nerve.
