The Entrepreneurial Chaska! These 72 Rs is the first earning of My 11 yo. She crafted woolen wristbands and managed to sell them to her friends. Here goes the journey. She has been creating various art and craft stuff for last 4+ years. She was playing with rubber bands just to kill the time and got an idea to make a wrist band. Instead of rubber bands she opted for woolen strings and made a wristband for herself. I suggested if she can show it to her friends and sell if they like it. She tried and here is the outcome.See, I firmly believe that by the time present kids grow up into youngsters, 80% of the current jobs would have got doomed or would see a 180 degree turnaround. So better they earn out of their own and that means being a player, creator or performer. And the only reason of sharing this story here is to bring this inspiration of play, create and perform to everyone. It really works, It must work for our future. Time has changed and we have to stop thinking about saving a corpus for children’s education and start Inspiring them to build their own. Hope this helps to someone.Do you have a story of anyone in your family breaking the barriers and becoming a player, creator or performer? Please share here.#entrepreneurship #children #parenting

Join us for an another inspiring RevU! (And free lunch) 🗓 Date: Thursday, November 2nd🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM📍 Location: 2250 N University Pkwy, Provo, UT 84604 (RevRoad HQ) As in entrepreneurship and in life, the only thing you can bet on is that things will never go according to plan. The same is the case for this month’s guest to RevUniversity, founder of Breaking Free Industries, Josh N. Despite always knowing that he would end up becoming an entrepreneur, the path Josh took to get there was anything but predictable. While it can be said that most entrepreneurs like to think differently and break rules, for Josh, these traits got him into some hot water—and serious jail time. Staring at a jail cell, a divorce, and a serious health condition, Josh decided it was time for a new life. He wondered, “how could I turn this passion for thinking differently into something that not only helps me, but possibly thousands of others?”With $400 from a mentor and a “fire in his belly,” Josh set out to make a difference, founding his new apparel company, Breaking Free Industries. While most people think that screen printing companies are a dime a dozen, Josh knew he could differentiate himself with a story—and for Breaking Free, that story was second chances. Witnessing what a small loan from a friend did for him while he was looking to change his life, Josh decided that the purpose of Breaking Free would be to support and employ the formerly incarcerated (it’s actually one of the job requirements). More than just a brand or a fabric, Breaking Free is an opportunity to grow strong, rehabilitated members of society.

I honestly think there is wisdom in here from these 11 year olds that all entrepreneurs, business owners and operators can learn from! This is a group of kids I spotted in Notting Hill, who had set up their very first bracelet stall selling clay bead bracelets. It's incredible to see so many kids having their very first experience of making money now, many inspired by Biz Kids! The clay bead bracelet business is such a simple and positive one, especially for enterprising young girls, and its now reaching children all around the UK and globally too.#entrepreneurship #businesstips #socialenterprise #purposeoverprofit
